2024 Wellington Equine Festival Circuit Champion!

Apollo is a five year old my Mom started. She showed him a hand full of times before we got to WEF. I had never showed him before we got here. I am the only junior rider in my division 2”6 First Year Shown. I can’t believe I have been competing against some of the best hunter riders on the circuit and have actually put in first place trips, placing ahead of them. I feel like “Goldy” has allowed me to develop my own style and he has also taught me so much about how to improve. Currently in third place for circuit standings, my goal is to place Reserve!. ❤️  

This season at WEF I got to do the Equitation for the first time with “Believe”. What a super fun and challenging division. We kept getting better and better with each ride. I feel so good knowing that I ended on a very strong note. We got super soft and were able to do the roll backs with no problem. The experience was incredible, he took care of me even when I made an mistake. This horse had the biggest heart and really enjoys being challenged. Thank you to Nona Garson for coaching me and helping me with him. ❤️

  Team “Sparkle” dominate at Pony Finals 2021!! After first day of competition, the model and hack Ellie and “Sparkle” were ranked 32. On the second day of competition, the over fences Ellie and “Sparkle” stepped into the ring laser focused. That focus paid off as they shot them selves right to #1 spot out of 32. With 32 more to go everyone in #teamsparkle was sitting on the edge of our seats. After the other half of the class went she ended up being bumped to 4th in the over fences and 6th overall out of 64 of the nations top competitors. An amazing accomplishment for Elliena and the pony the she brought along “Sparkle.”  When we purchased “Sparkle” she was only saddle broke. She was completely green. It took two years to build this very confident and consistent pony. Elliena Apollo and her entire team at Apollo Farms takes great pride in producing top ponies and horses. Elliena is over the clouds with excitement as she also had a camera crew that flew into Kentucky to document her entire journey. “EL” as the producers have tagged it is being considered for major network coverage.  In the meantime, aside from preparing for school, Elliena is on to her next set up champion ponies and horses.
