About Ellie

Elliena Apollo known as " Ellie" first stepped into the Equestrian world as the face of the show bow company " Ellie's Bows". Once Elliena was old enough the put a helmet on she was put on a pony. She started riding at home and accompanying her mother to horse shows. She rode at home and some schooling shows. Elliena loved going to the bigger shows with her mother to watch the pros ride. Eventually, "Ellie" was known for pulling many of the top professionals aside and doing her ringside interviews. Many have been featured in written publications, magazines, and social media outlets. Inspired, Elliena wanted to ride more and at bigger shows, eventually showing at Wellington Equestrian Festival. She started showing ponies that she brought along with the help of her mother and rode to first place ribbons.

Eventually being able to take her own from scratch pony all the way to Pony Finals in 2021, placing 4th over fences and 6th overall out of 64 riders was a huge accomplishment. Especially since she has only riding at the AA level since 2019. Most recently Elliena has started showing green horses. She has competed in divisions in which she has been the only Junior rider competing against professionals and has won. Elliena has started gaining recognition for her talent and her god given gift. With new horses on the horizon Elliena is excited to keep showing and moving into larger divisions. Her dream is to be become one of the nations top hunter riders.
